Your book is printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, transit time depends on your chosen shipping option and destination; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Faster shipping options, such as expedited or express, are available at an additional cost.

Yes. We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. If your country is not listed, it will not appear as an option during checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched by our print partner, a tracking number and carrier link are generated and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Depending on the carrier and destination, tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, the tier you have chosen, and your selected shipping speed. You will see all available options with their costs and estimated delivery dates before you pay; there are no surprises after checkout.

Standard (GBP 14.99) gives you a 43-page A4 book with a matte colour cover, black and white interior, and perfect binding; ideal for younger children or as a concise gift. Premium (GBP 24.99) doubles the colouring content, uses lay-flat coil binding so pages stay open while colouring, and includes a gloss colour cover on A4 format. Both editions feature your child's personalised AI-generated character throughout, with age-appropriate line detail.

Shipping is the only additional cost and it is shown and confirmed before you pay; there are no hidden charges added afterwards. Prices are shown in GBP. If your card is in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their standard exchange rate.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser or device. Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your country.

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers. Checkout uses a secure embedded Stripe form.

You can reach us at support@littlelines.com. We aim to respond within one working day. Please include your order reference number, shown on your confirmation screen and receipt email, so we can look up your order quickly.

We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF files, the standard format from iPhone cameras. You can upload up to 5 photos per book. If an upload fails, try the following: check your internet connection, make sure the file is one of the supported formats, and try uploading one photo at a time. If the problem persists after refreshing the page, contact support with details of the file type and any error message shown.

Once payment is confirmed, your book enters production immediately. Because each book is individually generated and sent to print, we are unable to make changes to the content, recipient details, or delivery address after the order has been placed. Please double-check all details, particularly the child's name, age, and delivery address, before completing checkout. If you spot an error immediately after paying, contact support as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help before printing begins.

Because each book is made to order and personalised, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. However, if your book arrives damaged, is significantly different from what was ordered, or is lost in transit, please contact us with your order reference and a photo of the issue, if applicable, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

You upload up to 5 clear photos of your child. Our AI uses these to create a custom line-art illustration of them, which is then placed into each colouring scene throughout the book. The level of line detail is automatically adjusted based on age: children aged 7 and under receive simpler, bolder outlines that are easier to colour in, while children aged 8 and over receive more detailed illustrations.

Each book now uses a single book theme chosen from our theme library, such as unicorns, dinosaurs, space, football, pirates, jungle, ocean, cars, fairies, or princesses. That theme shapes the cover and interior artwork throughout the book.

Yes. You can upload photos of more than one child. Where possible, scenes will include the characters together; solo pages feature a single character, duo pages show two characters side by side, and group pages include three or more. The book automatically mixes these formats throughout.

The cover is a full-colour print featuring your child's name and a personalised illustration; matte finish on the Standard edition, gloss on Premium. The interior pages are black and white and designed to be coloured in with pencils, felt tips, or crayons.

Yes. A digital PDF of your book is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You can keep this as a backup or use it to print extra copies at home.

Clear, well-lit photos work best, ideally taken facing the camera with the child's face fully visible. Avoid heavily blurred, dark, or heavily filtered images. Photos where the face is partially obscured or at a sharp angle may produce less accurate character illustrations. You can upload up to 5 photos; using multiple angles and lighting conditions gives the AI the best chance of producing a great likeness.
