We create personalised colouring books made to order. Each book is printed specifically based on the details you provide.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide (including names, spelling, uploaded images, and delivery address) are accurate.

As each book is personalised, your order is processed shortly after purchase and cannot usually be changed once production has started.

3. Personalisation

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (such as names, selected themes, and uploaded images) are correct.

We print exactly what you submit. We are not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

You confirm that:

* you have permission to upload and use any photos provided * any images uploaded are of people

Images that do not clearly show people (for example, objects, animals, or unclear photos) may result in poor or unexpected results in the final book.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable content.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown clearly before payment, including delivery costs where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services, customs, or other third-party delivery providers.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is:

* damaged on arrival * defective or misprinted

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

Our colouring books are designed to be fun, creative, and suitable for children. As each book is custom generated, slight variations may occur.

We do not guarantee that the likeness generated from uploaded images will perfectly match the individual.

* we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services * we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout (including names, images, or delivery details) * we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers, including printing and delivery partners

Our total liability for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
